We have a strict Quality Checking process embedded before each product is packed and dispatched. We take utmost care in packing to ensure zero damage during transit and we ship through registered reputed shipping service providers.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer Free Shipping within India on your minimum order value of Rs 2000 and above. Hence you will not pay any additional shipping charges at the time of checkout. In case your order value is less than Rs 2000, you will see the shipping charges at the time of checkout, in addition to the product prices.

Domestic Orders: Dispatched within 14-21 Business Days

Please note: The delivery timelines above are indicative only. Since we rely on our shipping companies for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

We provide free shipping for all our products to most major cities in India. However, if your delivery location is a smaller town, kindly write to us at decor@saajsajawat.in. Please send us your delivery address and pin-code so that we can go through the shipping details for you.

Once an order is ready to be dispatched, you will be notified via email. Consequently, a notification will also be sent when the order has been dispatched for your location. Our courier partner will get in touch with you when your order is out for delivery, and you can set a mutually agreeable time to receive the goods.

 Kindly note that our courier partner - essentially the driver who delivers your goods - is a third party operator. Their primary and only job is to deliver the goods safely to you. However, it is not their responsibility to bring the goods inside your house or upto a higher floor (in case of an apartment building). We request you to kindly arrange your own labour/help to unload the goods, carry the products into your home, unpack the packages and set them up at their designated places.
